An absolute screamer. 420 PS at 8200 rpm and 400 newtonmeters. An absolute gem of an engine anywhere in the rev-range making an amazing sound when it's asked to. A true M-car by all means. This very car is a German delivered M3 that was in Germany throughout it's life. A 2008 model in beautiful Jerez Schwarz, a deep, dark-Blue color much like the ever-famous Carbonschwarz. This car is wearing it's original paintfinish and was never repainted - excellent condition throughout. Furthermore lovely supple leather in a Light-blue/Grey color called Palladium. The E93 Convertible is one of the few Convertibles that looks very very good when closed and the steel hardtop makes for a cabin as quiet as a coupe and without any squaks. The 7-speed M-DCT is a peach - it shifts excellent both when used with the paddles or left in Automatic. An excellent addition to any M-Collection and makes for both a great M3 as well as a great Convertible. No history of damages nor mods. It has it's original wheels, brakes, suspension and bodywork and was always in Germany. No Japan or US Import.Sold new by BMW Dealer B&K Burgdorf near Hannover in 2008 and has remained in the Hannover area since. Serviced by the selling dealer, another dealer and specialists.Excellent paint in original condition, beautiful supple leather and a perfectly functioning hardtop. The wheels are undamaged and it sits on fresh tyres. The last service was in February of 2025 with fresh 10W60 oil. The connecting rod bearings have been replaced at 99.000 kilometers in 2023. Rear EDC shocks have been replaced in the recent past as well as re-sealing the differential.Delivery service - 0 kilometer - 27-6-2008 - BMW B&K BurgdurfService - 27.682 kilometer - 25-5-2010 - BMW B&K BurgdorfService - 33.164 kilometer - 2-8-2011 - BMW B&K BurgdorfService - 52.407 kilometer - 5-12-2012 - BMW Becker-Tiemann StadthagenService - 54.366 kilometer - 26-04-2013 - Bosch Service MTT LüdersfeldService - 78.236 kilometer - 04-12-2014 - BMW Becker-Tiemann StadthagenService - 81.822 kilometer - 30-03-2015 - BMW Becker-Tiemann StadthagenService - 94.467 kilometer - 02-06-2017 - BMW Becker-Tiemann StadthagenService - 99.100 kilometer - 13-10-2021 - Autoservice Thomas PellService + Bearings - 99.235 kilometer - 18-01-2023 - BMW Becker-Tiemann StadthagenOilservice - 103.764 kilometer - 02-2025 - Detlauf Rauhaut Auetal-RehernThe engine runs excellent and feels very powerful and lively. Price sits close to the current comparable average, so the decision will come down to condition, provenance, and how complete the file is.

Photo coverage is still thin at 1 image, so presentation quality is harder to judge without opening the source listing.

Documentation still reads thin here, so this is the kind of listing where invoice detail and specialist history should drive the next round of diligence.
