This 2004 Porsche 996 is a Carrera 4S convertible and therefore a late-model and facelifted 996 with the wide Turbo body as a convertible. Sold new through Porsche Center Firenze (Florence, Italy) to it's original owner who bought it in a typical Italian spec: Arctic Silver over Metropol blue leather. Furthermore: Convertible, Tiptronic automatic, Bose audio, Porsche PCM. The 996 was the first entirely new 911 since 1964 and with 175.164 units sold the best selling model ever, after the 944. Just 5757 Carrera 4S convertibles were built, between 2003 and 2005. A really different car to look at compared to a 'normal' 996 Convertible. It's 60mm wider at the rear and featured 295/30/18 tyres on Turbo wheels. The car presents very well. Body and paint in very good condition: perfectly straight, perfect panelgaps and all around beautiful paint in Arctic silver. Trim, seals and lighting present in excellent condition. The Turbo wheels are in good condition and show 2021 Michelin Pilot Sport N3 tyres with plenty of thread. Behind those wheels are fresh rotors and brakepads that have been replaced recently. The undercarriage of the car presents very clean. All factory coatings and no signs of rust. Beautiful red Porsche brake calipers. The engine bay presents clean, the doorjambs have their original decals in place and the front 'frunk' is all original. The upholstery is clean and all in place. The interior is nicely keptand very original. Supple, original leather. The Porsche Navigation, excellent sounding Bose system. The convertible top is in good condition and opens and shuts nicely. It comes with the original leather pouch with all original manuals, service book, 2 sets of keys. The car drives beautiful. The engine runs smooth and makes good power.Service history:Sold new Porsche Center Florence - 32 km - 29-09-200424-03-2005 - 17.753 km - Porsche Center Florence27-03-2006 - 34.290 km - Porsche Center Sambuceto04-10-2007 - 41.610 km -Porsche Center Sambuceto16-07-2008 - 60.335 km - Porsche Center Sambuceto14-09-2009 - 86.210 km - Porsche Center Sambuceto16-11-2010 - 105.676 km - Porsche Center Sambuceto29-01-2013 - 128.572 km - Porsche Center Sambuceto09-02-2016 - 130.966 km - Porsche Center Sambuceto17-12-2018 - 132.000 - Porsche Center Pesaro17-01-2022 - 137.940 km - Marrocco Motorsport06-08-2024 - 154.089 km - Sport Classic Garage28-03-2025 - 156.278 km - SCG MotorsportBeautiful 996 4S Convertible now Available. The seller: Oldenzaal Classics B.V, The Netherlands, EuropeEurope’s greatest in Vintage BMWSince 2013 specialized in Vintage BMW's. This one currently reads below the comparable average by about $23,549, which makes documentation and condition the next things to verify.
Photo coverage is still thin at 1 image, so presentation quality is harder to judge without opening the source listing.
Documentation still reads thin here, so this is the kind of listing where invoice detail and specialist history should drive the next round of diligence.
